    An international IA Community

The community grows across Europe and India, with an Executive Committee, workshops, roundtables and executive meetings throughout the year.

  5. Today

    Agentic Automation

Helping organizations put autonomous agents to work — with the governance and process discipline to do it responsibly.

IA Community & Intelligent Automation Congress

Founded by Vincenzo Marchica in 2017, the Intelligent Automation Congress is an international event dedicated to advancing Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Ten editions on, it has grown into an international community with a presence in both Europe and India, guided by an Executive Committee of industry practitioners.

Beyond the main stage, the community runs workshops, roundtables and executive meetings throughout the year — facilitating knowledge sharing and fostering collaboration among businesses, governments, and academia.

Automation advisory

For companies and decision makers who want automation that delivers results — not another slide deck. Working in automation since 2008, Vincenzo helps organizations solve the problems that actually block value:

A roadmap from RPA to Agentic Automation

Chart a realistic path from today's bots to autonomous agents — sequenced by value, risk and readiness.

Governance, accountability and control

Define who owns what: frameworks and control rooms to monitor, manage and scale automation responsibly.

Processes worth automating

Identify the processes that are truly automatable — and stop wasting effort on the ones that aren't.

Rescuing fragmented automation

Recover initiatives that grew scattered or stopped scaling, and turn them into a coherent portfolio.

Leadership ready for change

Prepare leadership and the organization for what automation changes: roles, skills and ways of working.

L'AI per i docenti

Guida pratica — How AI can help teaching without taking the teacher's profession away, and help students use it wisely

Students are already using artificial intelligence every day — for homework, for studying, for writing, for finding shortcuts. They do it on their own, without guidance, often without anyone in the classroom ever talking about it. The question is no longer whether AI has entered the school. It's already there. The question is: what does a teacher do now? This book is the practical answer.

It's not a computer science manual, nor a philosophical essay on artificial intelligence. It's a hands-on guide written for those who teach — from primary school to university — by someone who has been working in automation since 2008, has followed AI's evolution from the inside, and has listened to hundreds of teachers asking the same question: how can I use it without losing the meaning of my profession?

Inside you'll find how generative AI really works, explained without jargon; concrete workflows to plan lessons, create teaching materials, grade assignments and give personalised feedback; how to teach students to use AI wisely — because banning it doesn't work; and the real risks every teacher needs to address: cognitive laziness, unequal access, data privacy.

Extras include a jargon-free glossary, 20 ready-to-use prompts, operational checklists, and a chapter dedicated to Pope Leo XIV's encyclical Magnifica Humanitas — the first pontifical document on artificial intelligence — read through a teacher's eyes. The book was reviewed in preview by teachers of every level and by academics of the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross.

"AI doesn't take your profession away. It redefines it." — Currently available in Italian.

YOU LEAD. THE AI EXECUTES.

A practical guide for managers and innovators to AI-assisted development

What if you could build a complete, professional, secure application — without writing a single line of code? This isn't an empty promise. It's what thousands of managers, project managers, and IT professionals are already doing, today, with the right tools and the right method.

You Lead. The AI Executes. is not a book about programming. It's a book about technological leadership in the age of artificial intelligence. It shows you how to move from the role of someone who "commissions development" to someone who leads it directly — with Visual Studio Code as the command center and Claude AI as the tireless developer that executes your instructions.

You'll learn how to define a software project starting from the right questions, use Claude AI to design, build, and test complex systems, communicate with AI effectively through the CCVEF framework, build full-stack web applications following an iterative method, and test the user experience with the "Five Senses Method" — no technical skills required.

For managers who want to build solutions without depending on a development team. IT professionals who want to amplify their capabilities with AI. Innovators who have the ideas but not the code. Anyone who believes that value lies in thinking, not in typing.

"Think it beautiful. Think it usable. Then make it work." — In this book, vision comes before code. Aesthetics is a requirement, not an option. And your competitive advantage lies not in how fast you write code, but in the quality of what you imagine.

Includes: 9 chapters, 3 practical appendices, a ready-to-use prompt cheat sheet, a glossary for non-technical readers, and dozens of real prompts to copy and adapt to your projects.
